2015 Invest in America Conference in Shanghai China (Mar. 2015)

On March 13-15 2015 Jeffrey Carr of EPR was a VIP speaker at the 2015 Invest in America Conference in Shanghai China. This EB-5 conference is the largest conference in the world and is sponsored by Wailian Overseas Investment—one of the largest Chinese migration agents.  Mr. Carr made presentations regarding recent trends in the adjudication of I-924 regional center designation applications and I-526 investor petitions.  Mr. Carr discussed ways to preemptively address issues that frequently are raised in USCIS Requests for Evidence (or RFEs).
