Impact Study: Government Program

For a period of three federal fiscal years (FY04 FY05 FY06) EPR performed an impact analysis of the business assistance program of the Space Alliance Technology Outreach Program (SATOP) in three states for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in three states using IMPLAN.  The analyses used quantifiable telephone survey responses to estimate direct indirect and induced impacts on employment personal income and output attributable to the business assistance received free of charge from SATOP.
