Three County Housing Study

In 2007 EPR completed a comprehensive housing study of a three county area in the Hudson Valley of New York.  This comprehensive study included: (1) an assessment of the regional economy demographic and housing market situation (2) an assessment of regional land use and other constraints and (3) an assessment of the best options for dealing with the county’s housing market situation.  The study also involved a significant public involvement component including work sessions with each county executive and members of each county’s legislature.
