Consensus Revenue Forecast Presented to Vermont State Emergency Board (Jan. 2016)


On January 19, 2016, EPR President Jeff Carr presented the latest short-term economic and state revenue consensus forecast update to the Vermont Emergency Board in Montpelier, Vermont.  Click here to download a copy of the report.


New England Economic Partnership's Annual Economic Outlook Conference (Oct. 2015)


On October 15, 2015, Jeffrey Carr of EPR presented the updated 2015-18 economic forecast for the State of Vermont at the Fall 2015 Outlook Conference of the New England Economic Partnership (NEEP) at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.  The report is attached below.


Chicago EB-5 Project Finance Forum (Apr. 2015)


Mr. Carr was an expert speaker at the Chicago EB-5 Project Finance Forum on April 8, 2015.  While at the Chicago Conference, Mr. Carr presented on EB-5 business plans and economic reports.

2015 Invest in America Conference in Shanghai, China (Mar. 2015)


On March 13-15, 2015, Jeffrey Carr of EPR was a VIP speaker at the 2015 Invest in America Conference in Shanghai, China. This EB-5 conference is the largest conference in the world and is sponsored by Wailian Overseas Investment—one of the largest Chinese migration agents.  Mr. Carr made presentations regarding recent trends in the adjudication of I-924 regional center designation applications and I-526 investor petitions.  Mr. Carr discussed ways to preemptively address issues that frequently are raised in USCIS Requests for Evidence (or RFEs).
